Returns Policy

 

-        You’re welcome to return any order for an exchange to a different size, colour or item within 30 days if it’s not right for you.  

-        If you prefer you can have a refund or credit note for any future purchases.  

-        The only condition is the item is returned unused & in the original condition/packaging with all tags attached

-        Bowls can only be returned for an exchange or credit note. No refunds are available on bowls.

-        The good news is the exchange item will be posted to you anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $15.00.  We will call for the card payment as we pack your new item. 

-        The return postage cost is your responsibility. Kindly include a copy of your invoice OR internet order form.  Please post at your local post office addressed to:

-        Refunds will be paid in the same method as they were originally paid less the original postage cost. Please allow approximately 7-10 days for processing once received by us.
